Senior Analyst / Logistician
Position Overview
The Senior Analyst / Logistician is a mid-level staff professional who possesses general knowledge and experience within the assigned domain area. This role performs analytical and logistical tasks at the task level and works under the supervision and guidance of senior staff. The position may also provide assistance and direction to entry-level personnel as part of a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned analytical and logistical tasks in support of program and task order requirements.
- Apply general domain knowledge to complete tasks accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Support data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting efforts as directed.
- Assist in evaluating logistics processes, system data, or operational information at the task level.
- Follow guidance and direction provided by senior analysts, logisticians, or program leadership.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned deliverables.
- May be teamed with entry-level staff to assist them with task execution and assignments.
- Prepare routine technical or administrative documentation required by the task order.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must adhere to the company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures and guidelines.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- General knowledge of analytical and logistical principles relevant to the assigned domain.
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy while following established guidance and procedures.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with supervision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with standard tools, systems, or processes used in the domain area.
- Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a minimum of a secret security clearance.
Education and Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
- PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience
