Software Developer (SD101)

GTS is currently growing and looking for a Software Engineer to join the team. 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable internal web applications, APIs, and secure data services using advanced object-oriented methodologies and modern frameworks.
• Architect and implement multi-team custom portals and compliance reporting systems that process and transform hundreds of millions of trading events daily for regulatory submission.
• Engineer and automate high-performance data pipelines and processing workflows to support trading platforms, risk management systems, and financial analytics.
• Develop proprietary Python libraries and internal software tools to standardize functionality, streamline operations, and support cross-functional application development.
• Lead continuous integration and deployment efforts across hundreds of applications, ensuring seamless version control, documentation, and system maintainability.
• Collaborate with trading and compliance teams to adapt software infrastructure to evolving regulatory specifications and complex business workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or any similar occupation performing same or similar job duties.

In accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $145,000. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
