Location: Remote (MST/PST time zones)
Contract: 6+ months, contract-to-hire
Experience: 5+ years (3+ years ServiceNow implementations)
Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB)
Map business processes and propose optimized workflows
Collaborate with developers and architects on solution design
Create user stories, process flows, and documentation
Assist with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reports
Coordinate UAT and ensure quality delivery
Communicate with stakeholders on goals, timelines, and deliverables
Identify continuous improvement opportunities
Provide end-user training and support
5+ years as ServiceNow BA, with 3+ years in implementations and automation
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB
Proficient in business analysis, user stories, and workflow documentation
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
ITIL framework understanding
Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder communication skills
Agile/Scrum experience
ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and data migration
Experience with CSM features, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, or Performance Analytics
Cloud integration knowledge (AWS, Azure)
