ServiceNow Business Analyst – Contract 

Location: Remote (MST/PST time zones)
Contract: 6+ months, contract-to-hire
Experience: 5+ years (3+ years ServiceNow implementations)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB)

  • Map business processes and propose optimized workflows

  • Collaborate with developers and architects on solution design

  • Create user stories, process flows, and documentation

  • Assist with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reports

  • Coordinate UAT and ensure quality delivery

  • Communicate with stakeholders on goals, timelines, and deliverables

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities

  • Provide end-user training and support

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as ServiceNow BA, with 3+ years in implementations and automation

  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB

  • Proficient in business analysis, user stories, and workflow documentation

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required

  • ITIL framework understanding

  • Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile/Scrum experience

  • ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and data migration

  • Experience with CSM features, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, or Performance Analytics

  • Cloud integration knowledge (AWS, Azure)

Salary:

  • $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
