GENERAL SUMMARY:Provide overall program support and manpower analysis for multiple project locations within Delphinus Engineering. Will assist with managing the overall multiple projects across all operating units of Delphinus Engineering.
LOCATION: Norfolk, VA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure accurate project setup in compliance with contractual requirements while meeting the reporting needs of Director and Program Manager
- Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications
- Create and manage documentation and reports for projects
- Identify the goals and requirements of each project
- Verify data and information and analyze it to suit the direction of a project
- Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
- Support Contract Deliverable Reports as necessary
- Supports various contracts and delivery orders in generating and maintaining databases and reports.
- Prepares, updates, submits to customer, and logs resumes for contracts approval.
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- May be responsible for integrity of certain database information
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is performed remotely and in office environment as needed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of government contracting and accounting
- Ability to work in Groups or Independently as required
