We are looking for a Senior CPQ Analyst to serve as our in-house expert on Salesforce CPQ and related revenue operations systems. As part of the Business Systems team, you’ll own the full CPQ lifecycle from design and configuration to optimization and integrations. You will be asked to drive scalable, efficient, and accurate quoting processes across our growing SaaS business.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who also understands the business processes behind quoting, pricing, and billing. You’re someone who’s naturally curious, thinks at a system level, and knows how to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Product and Business Systems peers to evolve our Salesforce CPQ, Conga, DocuSign, NetSuite, and Zone Billing integrations into a well-orchestrated revenue ecosystem
Responsibilities:
Own the CPQ Platform
- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and management of Salesforce CPQ, including product catalog, pricing, discounting, and approvals.
- Partner with RevOps, Product and Finance to align CPQ with go-to-market strategy and deal workflows.
- Drive improvements to quoting speed, accuracy, and scalability through automation and best practices.
Architect & Integrate
- Help manage integrations between Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign Conga, NetSuite, and Zone Billing.
- Collaborate with other business system colleagues and external partners on integration architecture and data flow optimization.
- Ensure the end-to-end quote-to-cash process is seamless, accurate, and scalable.
Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate new Salesforce CPQ capabilities and guide business partners on the art of the possible.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Maintain data quality and governance across products, pricing, quote, order and subscription records.
Partnership & Enablement
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CPQ capabilities and processes.
- Educate business stakeholders on system capabilities and design tradeoffs.
- Translate complex technical configurations into clear, business-friendly explanations.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with 5+ years focused on Salesforce CPQ (Revenue Cloud).
- Proven expertise across CPQ configuration, pricing logic, complex price rules, product rules, advanced approval workflows, and quote templates.
- Experience with DocuSign and Conga
- Experience with ERP and Billing system integrations.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and revenue recognition processes in SaaS.
Mindset & Skills:
- System-level thinker that sees how CPQ fits within the larger revenue and data ecosystem.
- Naturally curious and asks “why” instead of ‘how’ to uncover root causes and push for smarter design.
- Bilingual in business and tech. You’re a person that can translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ). You’re collaborative, approachable, and able to influence without authority.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a bias for action.
Benefits & Compensation:
- Highly competitive salary based on your local market’s compensation data.
- Flexible paid time off.
- 11 Paid Holidays.
- Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance.
- Parental Leave.
- Pet Insurance.
- 401(K) with Company Match.
