Job Description

Mandatory Requirements

1. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
2. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise systems.
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
5. Experience working as a BA on at least one information security related project.

Desirable Requirements

1. Familiarity from at least one Identity and Access Management (IAM) project, including user provisioning, authentication, and role-based access control.
2. Some familiarity with IAM protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), technologies (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SSO), platforms (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity) and security compliance standards.
