London Computer Systems (LCS) is seeking an analytical and solutions-oriented Product Analyst to help drive continuous improvement of the Rent Manager® experience for our customers.
The Product Analyst uses technical and business insight to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively. This role blends product expertise, data-driven analysis, and cross-department collaboration to enhance user experience and ensure Rent Manager continues to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Become a Rent Manager and industry expert
- Inform, influence, and drive key product and operational initiatives that improve the user experience and deliver meaningful business value
- Analyze how changing business and industry needs affect systems and processes, and recommend product evolution strategies
- Engage with product users to understand their business processes and challenges
- Leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and guide decision-making
- Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements, building consensus across stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and maintain product quality
- Monitor customer-reported software issues and questions
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments and organizational levels
- Lead special projects and issue resolution initiatives with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Product Engineer, or Product Owner – ideally in a software environment
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actional insights
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Tenacity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner of new technologies and processes
- Proven success delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Experience collaborating with developers through the design and development lifecycle
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
