The Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) will play a key role in delivering high-quality behavior analytic services to individuals diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The LBA will build collaborative partnership initiatives to strengthen support systems for children and adolescents with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), other developmental disorders, and/or those with behavioral or pediatric feeding challenges. Working closely with Kelberman's clinical, educational, and administrative leadership teams, the LBA will provide direct services and support to existing programs consistent with best practices in the field using evidence-based practices. The LBA will provide support in our clinic, school consultation, educational, residential, and/or community-based programs based on the needs of the organization.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFITCATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
