Summary<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating agency needs, analyzing business and technical processes, and providing recommendations for IT and non\-technical solutions. The role includes documenting business requirements, supporting process redesign, and acting as a liaison between business units and IT.<\/span>

Daily Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to deliver technical solutions.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Document current (“as\-is”) and future (“to\-be”) business processes.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders from requirements to implementation.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Participate in change management, version control, and status reporting.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support technical and testing teams with requirements interpretation.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Identify risks, issues, and recommend solutions.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Interact with vendors, state\/federal agencies, and internal teams.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain business rules, requirements, and process models in repositories.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Assist with buy vs. build evaluations as needed.<\/span>

  Required Skills<\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • 7+ years experience in commercial healthcare<\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
  •  <\/span>3+ years experience with State Medicaid payer system integration & delivery<\/b><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience supporting cross\-functional project teams<\/b><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Familiarity with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture)<\/b><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Knowledge of data structures, EDI, and file formats<\/b><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written) with stakeholders at all levels<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ability to innovate and improve processes, technology, and methods<\/span>

    <\/p>

    <\/p>

    ·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work effectively in a professional and diverse team environment<\/span>
    <\/p>

    ·        <\/span><\/span><\/span>General Subject Matter Expertise as it relates to Medicaid or other healthcare insurance experience (project or operations)<\/span>
