Position Summary
As a BCBA with Latitude Therapy, you will oversee the clinical direction of individualized treatment plans, provide direct supervision and training to RBTs, and collaborate with families to support meaningful, lasting change. We prioritize ethical caseload sizes, professional development, and a healthy work-life balance.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Design and modify individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and related professionals
  • Ensure services align with ethical and clinical best practices
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and organizational growth initiatives

Requirements
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must pass background checks and all state/funder requirements
Salary Description
$75,000-$85,500/annual base pay (before bonus)
