We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This position will support the team in analyzing financial performance, assisting with the budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insights to help drive decision-making across the company. This position will assist with the creation of management level presentations with financial results and supporting analysis. The role will also have responsibility for managing ad-hoc analysis that will add value and impact to the overall company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct basic financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of financial performance.
  • Support the team in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Assist in collecting data from various departments to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting inputs.
  • Creation of management level presentations with financial results.
  • Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and scenario analyses. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.  

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Undergraduate Degree required. MBA or CPA highly preferred. Minimum of 2 years of progressive financial analysis and accounting experience, preferably in an FP&A function within a public company or division thereof. Knowledge of Microsoft D365, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is highly desired. Persuasive written and verbal communication and organization skills are critical. Experience in presenting and discussing financial information with Sr. business and financial Leaders is a plus.
  • Experience in Hospitality and/or Timeshare industries is very helpful but not required. Must work well in a fast-paced changing environment and work well under time constraints. Must have an ability to work with different cultures.
