Areté is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work onsite in one of our Areté facilities or remote/hybrid near an Areté facility. The candidate will collaborate with business unit stakeholders and program management, travel occasionally, and provide some afterhours support. The candidate must possess strong technical skills with a focus on reporting and data integration between disparate platforms. The candidate should be skilled in SQL and adept at critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The candidate will work closely with the Manager of IT Business Systems and other team members to establish and maintain an internal capability to provide timely and accurate information in a presentable manner to support various business objectives. This is an exempt, non-supervisory, full-time position.

The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $108,000; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
