We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in our partner’s platform to join our team. As an Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting our partner’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with our partner's client’s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world’s hardest problems.

Working Environment:
Location – Georgetown, DC. This role is 5x on-site in office
eSimplicity supports a hybrid work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by your manager.
Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 5% per year.
