Role Description
We’re looking for a passionate and driven New Business Account Executive with a consultative approach and a genuine desire to help care providers improve outcomes.

Focus on growing our footprint in the Care sector

Identify opportunities and build trusted relationships

Deliver tailored solutions that showcase the impact of Access Care technology

Develop new business opportunities within residential and care homes

Build strong relationships with decision-makers and tailor proposals to their needs

Understand our solutions and sector-specific procurement processes to exceed targets

Collaborate with internal teams and represent Access at care sector events
Qualifications

Proven B2B sales experience with a strong drive to exceed targets

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach

Knowledge of the Care sector is highly desirable

GCSEs in Maths and English required
