We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Technical Analyst to drive the setup, monitoring, and management of custom domains, emails, phone numbers, and all affiliate tracking systems in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. What You’ll Do:
Technical Domain & Email Management
- Set up and configure custom domains for new and existing websites, ensuring seamless DNS management and integration with Cloudflare and related platforms.
- Implement, monitor, and manage branded email addresses to maintain robust deliverability and security; proactively monitor SPAM activity and resolve issues quickly.
- Provision and assign new company phone numbers as needed for marketing, support, or operational purposes; monitor usage and escalate anomalies.
Proactive Site and Brand Management
- Lead the technical aspects of site rebrands—including new domain registration, subdomain creation, DNS updates, and Cloudflare configurations—ensuring zero downtime and strong brand cohesion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, test, and launch rebranded experiences while maintaining digital infrastructure best practices.
Affiliate Stats Monitoring & Tracking
- Set up and monitor custom affiliate tracking links and systems to ensure accurate real-time performance data flows, collaborating with the marketing team for any required adjustments.
- Proactively audit affiliate tracking, quickly identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain reliable metrics.
Proactive Issue Resolution & Infrastructure Security
- Anticipate risk, monitor for deliverability or compliance issues, and initiate remediation before problems impact performance.
- Work with IT and Security teams to resolve any vulnerabilities related to domains, DNS, email, or phone numbers, including monitoring for SPAM and managing blacklists proactively.
Who You Are
- Technically adept with a strong understanding of domain registration, DNS, SSL, email delivery, and Cloudflare or similar CDN/edge security platforms.
- Experience setting up and monitoring company email systems (Google Workspace, Outlook, or similar) and troubleshooting SPAM/deliverability issues.
- Hands-on experience with domain management for marketing and direct response campaigns; experience managing phone setups through Twilio or similar a plus.
- Keen attention to detail, proactive problem-solver, and comfortable managing projects with shifting priorities.
- Collaborative, communicative, and eager to work with colleagues from IT, Marketing, and Customer Support in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years in a technical support, devops, sysadmin, or digital operations role with direct experience in domain and email infrastructure.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing tracking tools (e.g., Everflow, CAKE, Impact, or similar) and experience troubleshooting affiliate stats and click-tracking issues.
- Comfort with change management and process documentation for technical procedures.
