In this role on our growing Health team, you will help to advance ACI’s purpose to inspire wellbeing by uncovering insights that allow us to make health more accessible. You will be a key collaborator within the Health Business, supplying reporting around food program initiatives, developing financial modeling based on analytical forecasts, and reporting on customer interactions with our internally developed Health app, Sincerely Health. You will gain a deep understanding of our customers and use that knowledge to derive insights about new initiatives. This role will allow you to interact closely with the Product and Customer Engagement teams, and to help measure successes and provide feedback loops for new launches.
As a Data Analyst on the health team, you will work with external and internal data sets to synthesize insights, build models, and perform analysis to support the business. Successful candidates will be comfortable working with ambiguity to distill simple insights from complex data and can work independently to drive decisions forward with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate is a flexible self-starter and team player who works well in various situations (from well-defined to unstructured) and proactively identifies business improvement areas; should have the ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task to meet deadlines; as well as have an entrepreneurial mindset. Thrives in ambiguous work environments with an ability to bring structure and process, identify opportunities for improvement, define goals and outcomes, drive action, and achieve results.
The position’s preferred base is in Boise, Idaho.
