Join us to design, build, automate, and operate cloud-scale network monitoring software that keeps mission-critical services reliable. In this role, you’ll define and evolve system architectures, implement high-impact changes across new and existing services, and provide hands-on technical leadership to peers. You’ll apply AI-driven operations automation—leveraging modern models and tooling—to improve observability, resiliency, and developer velocity, while upholding strong engineering standards.

You’ll work on varied, complex problems requiring independent judgment and end-to-end ownership, with opportunities to lead projects and mentor other developers. You are fully competent in your domain, communicate clearly across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a BS or MS (or equivalent experience) and 4+ years in software engineering or related fields, with demonstrated experience in distributed systems, cloud services, and production-grade debugging, design, and implementation skills.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll design and build core services and automated test suites for our Network Monitoring and Analytics platform—ingesting high-throughput metrics, crafting resilient data pipelines, and delivering real-time, online, and batch analytics. You’ll apply modern architectures and AI-driven insights to power performance monitoring, what‑if analysis, root cause and anomaly detection, prediction, and capacity planning. Your work directly drives higher availability, stronger security, better throughput, and faster incident resolution for our customers and internal teams.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,200 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
