Expertise in configuring ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, and understanding of ServiceNow Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.)
Familiarity with ServiceNow update sets, versioning, and deployment processes
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly preferred. Other certifications like ITIL Foundation are a plus.
