As a Senior Principal Risk Analyst in the Crisis Management Command Center, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the well-being of our members, employees, and communities. You will help ensure our organization remains resilient and prepared for any crisis. You will provide advanced risk analysis and intelligence-driven insights for major events and crises, supporting executive decision-making and driving cross-functional collaboration.



Responsibilities
  • Proactively anticipate and identify emerging threats by conducting forward-looking, intelligence-driven risk assessments and scenario analyses to prevent crises before they escalate, always keeping the needs of our members at the forefront.
  • Engage in scenario analysis and planning to prevent crises before they escalate.
  • Lead efforts to gather, analyze, and present information during crises, ensuring timely and accurate briefings for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate across departments to develop and refine crisis response protocols and training programs to ensure preparation for a wide range of scenarios.
  • Advise stakeholders on actionable insights and recommendations for crisis response and risk mitigation, prioritizing the financial well-being and safety of our members and their families, protecting our employees, and safeguarding our assets.
  • Prepare detailed reports and after-action reviews to inform future strategies and organizational learning, reinforcing our commitment to continuous improvement and member service.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and a shared purpose.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Auditing, or related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience
  • Expert level experience in crisis and major event management; background in all source intelligence analysis strongly preferred.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to progress and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief executives and synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Certified Business Continuity Professional, Crisis Management Certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
     

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
