· Architectural Strategy Development: Devises architectural strategies that optimize service delivery in line with business objectives.


Technical Strategy Translation

· Business-to-Technical Strategy: Ensures business strategies and requirements are effectively translated into technical strategies.

· Design Principles Application: Leverages design principles to develop robust networking technology solutions.


Expert Advisory

· Information System Strategy: Provides expert advice on the development and implementation of information systems.

· Security Strategy: Ensures security strategies align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.


Team Leadership and Project Coordination

· Leadership and Coordination: Leads and coordinates teams and projects focused on developing and integrating various architectures, including information, communication, messaging, disaster recovery, and security.


Resource Mentoring

· Offers leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior resources, helping them understand and implement departmental and industry standards.


Technology Evaluation and Innovation

· Emerging Technologies Evaluation: Conducts thorough evaluations of emerging technologies and trends.

Requirements:


Education and Experience

· Computer Science degree or equivalent IT certifications

· 3-5 years of relevant job experience of IT infrastructure and architecture


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • · Managing laptop/desktop hardware, CRM, and ERP systems
  • · Helpdesk ticketing systems
