This Senior Financial Analyst role supports a respected, growth-focused company in Manufacturing and offers the chance to work closely with Sales, Operations, and Senior Leaders. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll blend analysis with collaboration, helping strengthen forecasting, enhance reporting tools, and bring visibility to the metrics that drive long-term success. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, digging into the data, and contributing to a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.

This is an in-person, onsite position in the Tonawanda area.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret financial and sales performance to help guide key business decisions.
  • Build clear, engaging KPI dashboards that highlight trends, wins, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to understand pricing, margins, customer activity, and revenue patterns.
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting efforts while ensuring accuracy and thoughtful planning.
  • Monitor cost center activity and support teams in managing expenses responsibly.
  • Recommend updates to reporting, processes, and tools to strengthen FP&A effectiveness.
  • Conduct daily finance and sales analysis to support overall organizational performance.
  • Break down sales performance by region, product, customer, and channel to help guide realistic KPI development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
  • Experience in Manufacturing is required
  • Comfortable with Excel, ERP platforms, and financial reporting or planning systems.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and someone who enjoys contributing to a collaborative, growth-minded culture.
