Summary of Position
The Records Analyst III is responsible for analyzing records management problems and designing strategies to meet records management program needs, such as file structures for specific record groups and inventorying branch. Structures problems for systematic analysis and formulates recommendations for actions. Reviews and critically analyzes technical documents, presents the analysis results in well-organized readable form, and revises those reports based on results of analysis and consultation with staff.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Education and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Governance, Information Science, Library Science, or Records Management with 5 years relevant work experience or High School Diploma + 9 years relevant work experience. Relevant work experience includes records, privacy, library science information management, and/or library science.
Records and Information Management certification including Certified Records Analyst (CRA), Certified Records Manager (CRM), Information Governance Professional (IGP), Certified Information Professional (CIP) is a plus.
