The General Government HR Office is seeking to add an HR Analyst to its Talent Management Division team. The selected candidate will partner in supporting a variety of client agencies' business needs in the areas of talent acquisition, complement management, special projects, and data reporting. This position serves as an analyst in the Talent Management Division in the General Government HR Office and is responsible for performing operational responsibilities and supporting talent acquisition, complement management, and consultative support for an assigned group of state organizations. The General Government HR Office provides HR support to seventeen diverse agencies some of which are under the Governor's jurisdiction and some that are independent.
This position performs talent acquisition responsibilities relative to facilitating agency hiring requests, prepares applicant referrals for agency review, assists in preparing interview self-scheduling, and trouble-shoots Bureau of Talent Acquisition inquiries. Your work will include performing operational processing, tracking, and research relative to employee and position actions within the Personnel Action Requests resource account, reporting tools, and Employee Resource Center/AskHR system.
