Job Description

The HRIS analyst will support multiple departments within the organization. This position partners with HR, Information Systems, and the Finance departments as well as other internal customers to analyze and improve work process design and flow, and leverage the return on technological capabilities of our HRIS system. This position will assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS analyst will support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Qualifications

What is required...

  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources or Information Systems, or the combination of education and experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position.
  • Previous experience working in healthcare setting.

What is preferred...

  • Previous experience working in Human Resources, finance or payroll.
  • Relevant experience including end-user support, report development, system analysis, ad-hoc data analysis, and/or SQL querying within an HRIS environment.
  • Experience with HR System implementation and rollout.
  • A working knowledge of the API HRIS software application/product.
  • A working knowledge of HR, payroll and benefits policies and practices.
  • A working knowledge of time and attendance rules, policies and practices.

Additional Information

Wage:  Wage range currently starts at $36.00/hour and goes up to $54.56/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.  This position may also qualify for an additional 15% premium in lieu of benefits.

FTE: Per Diem
