The Business Analyst (BA) is a position designed to be responsible for providing functional and technical analysis and design in support of projects that may require business process clarification, system enhancements, and software integrations. This position requires competency in all areas of business process/system analysis, and is expected to provide functions including facilitation, needs assessment, requirements definition, technical specifications, business process mapping, and change management support. A business analyst works as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. The business analyst works closely with the functional team to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Typically holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
IT Administrator/Analyst 3-
Education/Experience
Typically holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
IT Administrator/Analyst 4-
Education/Experience
Typically holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration experience preferred. Experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) preferred. Exposure to Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and/or Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) a plus.
Fundamental understanding of functional HR processes, preferably including experience within a Human Resource organization.
Experience as an Oracle OTBI or BI Publisher report developer or MS Power BI developer preferred.

Compensation - depending on education and experience
IT Admin/Analyst 1: $60,000-$70,000
IT Admin/Analyst 2: $70,000-$80,000
IT Admin/Analyst 3: $80,000-$95,000
IT Admin/Analyst 4: $95,000-$110,000
