Description

This person is responsible for oversight of data collection, tracking and management of assessments, program evaluation planning and implementation, monitoring and reporting of outcomes, coordinating with secondary recipients on data requirements, and acting as the liaison to Public Health for data and evaluation matters.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Epidemiology, Public Health Statistics or Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing data or evaluation of grant-funded public health, social service and/or similar programs.
  • 3 years of Public health, community health, social work, or non-profit social service experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Epidemiology, Public Health Statistics 
  • Providing oversight for all aspects of data management, assessment, and program evaluation (e.g., data collection and cleaning, survey/questionnaire design, program outcomes tracking, reporting outcomes), in underserved communities.
