Our Scottsdale, Arizona location is seeking a full-time Contract Analyst. The Contract Analyst will ensure all contract provisions are closely monitored, contract terms are followed and projects are closed out in our system. Working cross-functionally, the Contract Analyst will play a key role in managing and updating our contract system. This position is a great opportunity for someone who has project management experience, can effectively multi-task in high-pressure situations and can excel in a collaborative, cross-functional, team-based environment. Strong attention to detail is critical in this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the execution, monitoring and compliance of all contracts
  • Execute timely review of contract provisions and escalate, as needed
  • Document billing information and provisions of contract in the contract system
  • Obtain all required documentation
Requirements

 

  • Two years of experience providing contract analysis for professional services projects required (experience in a consulting environment a plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service contracts and Statements of Work language and provisions
  • Strong attention to detail is a must 
  • Skilled at managing the review and execution of contracts
  • Confidence in communicating and working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to extract all key data elements from contracts
  • Ability to multitask in high volume, fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking skills
  • Ethical, trustworthy and aware that the firm’s interests are paramount
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Suite, Adobe and Docusign

Salary: $60,000-65,000
