Description

Composition Analysts process and implement new text and process text revisions into the policy management & print systems. They are responsible for ensuring the accurate creation, revision, and implementation of insurance policy documents and forms within Chubb’s policy management and print systems. This role is critical for maintaining compliance, consistency, and quality in all customer-facing and regulatory documentation, directly supporting Chubb’s commitment to expert craftsmanship and operational excellence.

This role will be based out of our Whitehouse Station, NJ office.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Perform detailed analysis on all forms

  • Create, update and proofread policy documents (Contracts, Coverage Summary, Policyholder documents, Signature Forms, Booklets and Rate/Rule) in Print platforms/systems, utilizing XICS, DCF, and Forms Management.

  • Update TMF tables for Contract processing.

  • Evaluate drafted documents for appropriate style specifications, paragraph and version numbering convention and code and format documents accordingly.

  • Determine document paragraph numbers, versions, and form numbers.

  • Load manuals to the intranet at scheduled times.

  • Work in partnership with Product Development, State Filings, Regulatory Compliance, IT, Testing and Chubb’s print facility for accurate implementation of new and updated products.

  • Assist in providing time scopes for projects

 

The pay range for the role is $60,000-$75,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. Qualifications

 

  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently requiring minimal oversight to achieve defined goals, as well as working in a team supportive environment

  • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn, adapt and use new technologies

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, multitasking ability, and strong prioritization skills in a date driven environment

  • Strong sense of urgency, ownership and accountability for quality of product

  • Positive attitude displaying adaptability to change

  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, Adobe Acrobat

  • Strong proof-reading skills

  • Demonstrate effective verbal & written communication

  • Understanding of insurance policy forms and documents – desirable

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing is preferred.

  • XICS
  • Document Composition Facility (DCF)
  • Mainframe
  • Forms Management
  • Workshare Compare tools
  • SharePoint
