Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of project planning, coordination and implementation.
  • Analyzes Organization’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to improve or automate processes and functions, specifically to drive success and satisfaction for Health Plan Clients.
  • Identifies, analyzes, documents, and improves existing business processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance project performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader.
  • Help investigate internal & external queries with regard to client requirements.
  • Strong documentation skills; assist with Business Requirement Document development.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills. Prepare schedules and produce monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way.
  • Able to communicate with professionalism at all levels of management and company personnel in both technical and non-technical terms.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative, make recommendations and decisions in collaboration with supervisors and analysts.
  • Able to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks.

  • Compliance with all personnel policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties and related essential duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Familiarity with health care operations, provider data, and claims data preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years health care industry experience.
