The Revenue Cycle Analyst supports financial performance and operational effectiveness by analyzing data, identifying performance gaps, and evaluating business processes across the revenue cycle. This role acts as a consultative partner, uncovering issues and opportunities, and sharing insights with the appropriate leaders to support informed decision-making.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Analyze revenue cycle performance, identify trends and variances, and prepare reports for leadership.
· Support ad hoc data requests and ensure clear documentation of request details, sources, and outcomes.
· Develop dashboards and visuals to communicate financial and operational insights.
· Support budget and forecast processes through data analysis and modeling.
· Assists Manager with data compilation and report preparation Responsibility B: Process Improvement
· Evaluate current workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies, risks, or opportunities.
· Recommend improvements to leadership and support implementation efforts.
· Monitor the impact of changes using defined KPIs Responsibility C: Project Support
· Lead or contribute to revenue cycle projects from planning through execution.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
· Tracks progress and adjust plans to ensure successful outcomes
System and Data Integrity
· Collaborate with IT to support reporting systems and resolve technical issues.
· Maintain Accuracy of financial and operational data through validation and quality checks.
· Develop and automate reporting tools for internal stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
· Required bachelor's degree
· Required 3 years of experience with business operations, systems development or business related analytic and communications experience
· A master's degree may substitute for 2 years of required experience
